We help our customer base to identify companies which have significant upside/downside compared to current trading levels and provide research materials covering angles that traditional sell side analysts do not cover well. Beyond fundamental valuation work, we are looking at legal, antitrust, regulatory and other angles which can have a significant influence in companies’ valuation.
To fulfil this aim, we conduct in-depth fundamental analysis as well as investigatory work, which includes discussions with relevant parties we believe have knowledge, understanding and/or influence on the companies we are analysing.
